My hair is super fine and damaged from all the years of dying, straightening and curling it. I wear clip-in hair extensions to give the appearance of having fuller longer hair. But one of the best secrets of having great healthy shiny hair is taking hair vitamins!!!! I've been taking these vitamins for about two years and my hair has improved by a lot. It makes your hair thicker, shinier and stronger. Bonus points because it also improves your skins texture and nail strength. My only compliant is that you might breakout the first couple of weeks until your skin gets used to the vitamin. But overall I would recommend to anyone that desires healthier locks!!!
